Two more girls

These are the last of my grandaughters, in fact the last of the grandchildren all 16 of them, and now of course the great grands have started.

Abbey and Alexandra are my youngest daughter Shannon's girls, Shannon is my daughter from my second marriage. They live with the rest of the family in a very beautiful area of Victoria (Australia) called Gippsland, it is very steep and hilly country, it's mainly dairying, although they don't. Most of the year it's lush and green then when the farmers start to cut hay the hills take on the look of a patchwork quilt.

The views from their property are superb, rolling hills, glorious sunsets etc., and at night you can see the lights of five country towns scattered about. It's drawback, yes there is one, is the wind, which for part of the year are terrible, as they are perched right on top of the hills.It was not far from where I once lived and had a lavender farm. I guess that story will make a good post one day, it was a great way of life.

The Strange Lady from last night, sure has a lot of relatives, both male and female, as everyone seemed to recogonise her/him, I haven't found a way of evicting her yet, but I'm working on it. She's become much slimmer since the beginning of the year, she's lost 15 kilos, but this means that she is still altering my clothes, making them too big now. Darn, that has meant some serious clothes shopping, and you know how we all hate that, lol.

A friend sent me this, I think it is beautiful, the only problem is I think I may have already posted it, I looked back through my archives and couldn't find it, so here goes anyway, put it down to a seniors moment, if I have.
