This is the reason why Fall/Autumn is my very favourite season. We don't have any naturally growing decidious trees here in Australia, but over the years lots have been planted, and here in Bridgetown the cooler/cold climate means we have lots.
I have been fortunate enough to spend two Falls in New England, Vermont mostly. What a joy it was to drive around or go walking in the woods, I loved being a "leaf peeper",a name given to the tourists that come from all over to see the colour.
The changing of the seasons, it is another way we see God's hand in the beautiful world that he gave us to live in.

Hi Jacqui ~~ I agree Autumn is a lovely
season and the colors Magnificent.
BUT oh! Those leaves that have to be raked up or swept up. Another chore.
Cheers, Merle.
Jacqui,
A beautiful post of Autumn!
Living in Florida all my life I have seldom experienced the colorful autumn colors, but a few times I have been in North Carolina for leaf peeping!
Have always wanted to visit New England in the fall, but never have!
